EUROSTATE, created in 2001 in Barcelona, is headed by Steven Zijl (1972), founding partner with over 20 years extensive experience in the real estate sector. Having fulfilled a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management (MSc) at the Delft University of Architecture in The Netherlands, Steven Zijl built up his international career in 1999 in Spain.

After a five-year investment and development process during 2001-2005 of luxury boutique hotels in Europe, sponsored by one of US largest private equity firms, Apollo Real Estate Advisors (AREA Property Partners), Eurostate externalized in 2005 its management services and created a solid and flexible business structure for the activities that are being offered today to its capital Clients.
