Fund Monitoring

As sole Client’s representative we offer Fund Monitor services during the entire development process through effective cost modelling to provide our investment partners an optimum transparency to control the project expenditure and protect the investment against any financial pitfalls. 

A monthly cash flow and financial procedures will be established for monthly draw downs to ensure secure project finance throughout the development phase and meet the project targets and interests.
