Eurostate, created in 2001, is headed by Mr. Steven Zijl, founding partner with over 15 years extensive experience in the field of development. Having fulfilled a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management at the Delft University of Architecture in The Netherlands, Steven Zijl built up his international career in Spain at real estate consultancy firms and was successfully involved with luxury hotel developments in Barcelona, which created a solid base for all real estate management activities that Eurostate offers today to her Clients. 

Actually we are in charge of the management of different portfolios belonging to real estate companies and financial institutions, as well as the management of private equity funds through the creation and administration of their real estate holdings.

Strong involvement in the business and a never-ending perseverance to undertake activities solution oriented makes the company strong, innovative and full of ambition.
