History

The company is headed by Mr. Steven Zijl, founding partner with over 15 years extensive experience in the field of development.

Having fulfilled a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development at the Delft University of Architecture in The Netherlands, Steven Zijl built up his career at international real estate consultancy firms and was successfully involved with luxury hotel developments at The Stein Group in Spain, leaded by American real estate magnate David Stein and financial partners APOLLO Real Estate Advisors. 

Strong involvement in the business and a never-ending perseverance to undertake activities solution oriented makes the company strong, innovative and full of ambition.
