INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Sectors. Our investment strategy is focused on the real estate living sectors in which we can participate in both the property (Propco) as well as in the operational structure (Opco).

Geography. The investment and development projects that we pursue in the living sectors are situated in Spain and Portugal. We evaluate future investments in other European countries, such as France and Italy.

Exit strategy. The exit strategy of our co-investments is time-related according to the agreed business plan, maturity of the investment, market evolution and asset rotation.
